Gap Technologies, Inc. is looking for one General Manager to train and manage our CollegeVote.com writing and web design teams. Interviewing, training, motivation, and dependability are all required from the successful candidate.

The qualifications for a successful candidate are:

Can commit for 6 months

-OR-

Can commit for 12 months

A) Able to work 12-15 hours per week

B) Motivated and have the ability to work on your own

C) Want experience in an effective sales and marketing campaign

D) Able to run a once a week meeting, typically at 8:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday.

E) Comfortable training others to exceed the company’s expectations.

F) Good at taking feedback from co-workers..

G) Good at motivating and critiquing co-workers

H) Willing to interview and hire candidates

I) Willing to read 20-40 pages a month on how to sell a product

J) Strong pride in the products that you produce.
