Gap Technologies, Inc. is looking for one sales manager from any major to train and manage our CollegeVote.com sales team. Interviewing, training, motivation, and dependability are all required from the successful candidate.

Candidates who can commit to a 12 month internship position will earn a 10% commission on the company’s new sales, and a 5% commission on the company’s existing clients for that year.

Candidates who can only commit to a 6 month internship position will earn an 8% commission on the company’s new sales, and a 3% commission on the company’s existing clients for that year.

The qualifications for a successful candidate are:  
   
 
Can commit for 6 months
-OR-
Can commit for 12 months
A) Able to work 12-15 hours per week
B) Motivated and have the ability to work on your own
C) Want experience in an effective sales and marketing campaign
D) Able to run a once a week meeting, typically at 8:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday.
E) Comfortable training a sales force to exceed the company’s expectations.
F) Good at taking feedback from other sales people.
G) Good at motivating and critiquing sales staff.
H) Willing to interview and hire candidates
I) Willing to read 20-40 pages a month on how to sell a product
J) Strong pride in the products that you produce.
K) If you are an international student, check with your advisor BEFORE submitting your resume to ensure that you are able to take the internship.
